The deadlines for ordering different services are as follows:

About a month before the exhibition we will send to you invitations to the VIP customer get-together evening (50 pieces). You can order (free of charge) more invitations, if need any. Those invitations are valid only for 5.2. evening. Exhibitors have free entry with their exhibitor ID-card.

In the same package you will receive ordered invitations to the exhibition (must order beforehand). You can order your cards ready-printed with your logo, and/or invitation code and stand number (order and prices: tiina.lampinen(at) Distributing invitations is free of charge. The recipients must pre-register as a visitor. After the exhibition you get a register of those visitors who have mentioned you as an inviter upon pre-registering.

It´s also possible to invite visitors with electronic invitation, which you can send to your customers by e-mail (you find your invitation code from the exhibitor data management service). We’ll send you more information separately.


Get-together evening on the exhibition area will start straight after the first exhibition day on 5.2. at 17.00 (ends at 20.00 pm). There is the specific invitation to that event. It is desirable, that the stands are manned and the exhibitor´s will arrange program or/and the refreshments to the guests.


Every person working at the stands during the exhibition must have a personal ID-card.

Exhibitor card allows entry to the exhibition area throughout the event. The cards are printed from the exhibitor data management service. You just fill in your name, (title), company and the e-mail address where you want the confirmation. Please remember to take to printed card with you when you come to Paviljonki.

Standbuilder card allows entry to the halls only during building-up and moving-out. You can get the cards from the exhibition office desk (on the entrance lobby).


During the exhibition you can also organize your own customer events: banquets, meetings or even product launches. Paviljonki has a number of lecture halls, meeting and group work rooms for 10-100 people and as a special feature unique 1 200 seat auditorium. Catering is provided in both the main restaurant and the booked venue, from small meeting coffees to big dinners.

Your company’s own website is the perfect place to tell your customers of your participation in Sähkö Valo Tele AV 2020 exhibition. Therefore, you should build a link from your website to Sähkö page where those who are interested, can get more information about the event.

From Media page you will find downloadable logos and banners of the exhibition, that you can use in your own marketing. You can use logos for example in e-mail signature telling that you are a part of the event.

Our technical department designs and constructs exhibition stands with aluminium profile structures, ranging from various decorations to complex constructions. Our service also includes the stand maintenance during the event. If required, we will also take care of the following services for you: constructions, furniture, lighting, water connection and sewerage, compressed air connections, decoration, greenery, electricity, data communications and cleaning.

It is not allowed to fix materials of any type to the hall walls.

Materials can be fixed to the hall floor using exclusively adhesive tape that can be detached from the floor without leaving marks, e.g. Eurocel 704. This tape can be purchased at the Exhibition office. If a tape that violates the floor when removed or leaves traces is used, we will charge the repair / cleaning costs from the exhibitor.

It is not allowed to paint stand wall elements or stick any material on them. Decoration materials can be fixed to the frame profiles by suspending. Decoration materials can be fixed to the wall panels using strong tape, e.g. Pro Contact or Powertrips; for felt-surfaced wall panels, decoration pins can also be used. Adhesive tape and silicone tape can be purchased from the Exhibition office.

Exhibitors are responsible for removing all fastened materials from the elements before dismounting the stand. Exhibitors or stand builders are also responsible for removing floor tapes.


Use of wireless telecommunication equipment, such as wireless microphones or radio transmitters, always requires authorisation from Technical produser Mikko Rahkonen (mikko.rahkonen(at) 2 weeks before the exhibition at the latest.


We will publish the exhibition catalogue together with AMT Hakemistot Oy. The Sähkö Valo Tele AV 2020 guide is the printed book and the digital guide (mobile responsive) as well. Every exhibitor will get the contact information and product groups to the catalogue free of charge. Then it´s possible to boost the visibility by payed logos, banners, extra information etc. Read more from the Mediacard.


The exhibition office in Lutakonaukio lobby is open for exhibitors during the stand construction and dismounting times. During the event, the exhibitors can turn also to the exhibition office in Uno Savolan katu lobby. Suspension hooks, carpet tape and silicone adhesives for wall mounting can be hired from the exhibition offices.

Copying service is available at the Lutakonaukio lobby.


Klubi in the Lutakonaukio lobby is the rest room for the exhibitors. There you can rest a while, enjoy some refreshments and for example check your e-mail with free Internet Access.


You can send your press releases to tiina.lampinen(at), we will add them to our website for media to upload.

Press room is Klubi in Lutakonaukio lobby, where the media representatives can read the press releases of the exhibitors. During the exhibition you can bring your press material either to this room or to the information desks.

Jyväskylä is in a intersection of four highways, from all of them you can find signposts to the Paviljonki.

From Helsinki it is less than three hours and from Oulu about four hours drive to Jyväskylä.

We recommend you leave your cars to the hotel parking service, because the Paviljonki Parking houses are very occupied by visitor´s cars during the exhibition days.

During the period of moving in and out, Jyväskylä Fair Ltd. offers you free car parking in parking area P3 (limited amount of places, though). Parking cards for this period will be available from the parking personnel. The parking areas beside Jyväskylän Paviljonki are controlled by the traffic wardens of the city of Jyväskylä. Accordingly, the parking card should be placed so that it is clearly visible through the vehicle windscreen. Heavy-duty vehicles are to be moved away from the area for the duration of the exhibition.

During the exhibition period, 5.-7.2., parking is subject to charge in all areas. The parking fee is either 1 euro / hour or 12 euros / day. You can pay the charge directly to an automatic cashbox located in the parking houses.
